How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Camera Sync subscription.

Manage your Camera Sync subscription easily through our billing portal.

Upgrading to Pro

To upgrade from the free plan to Pro:

  1. Sign in to your dashboard
  2. Click the Upgrade button on the Usage card
  3. Complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout
  4. Your Pro benefits activate immediately

Accessing the billing portal

Pro subscribers can manage their subscription through Stripe's customer portal:

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Click the Billing button
  3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal

From the billing portal, you can:

  • View payment history
  • Update payment method
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel subscription

Changing your payment method

  1. Access the billing portal (steps above)
  2. Click Payment methods
  3. Add a new card or update existing
  4. Set the new card as default

Downloading invoices

  1. Access the billing portal
  2. Click Billing history
  3. Click the download icon next to any invoice

Canceling your subscription

  1. Access the billing portal
  2. Click Cancel plan
  3. Confirm your cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your Pro benefits continue until the end of the billing period
  • You won't be charged again
  • After the period ends, you'll revert to the free plan (100 photos/month)
  • Your photos in Google Photos remain unaffected

Reactivating after cancellation

If you cancel and later want to resubscribe:

  1. Simply click Upgrade on your dashboard
  2. Complete checkout
  3. Pro benefits restore immediately
